Refund policy

For returns, we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery at sales@senditservices.llc for approval of the return.

We will accept approved returns up to 30 days after delivery.

• We will accept approved returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return or replace the approved return.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of return:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@senditservices.llc with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note that we have attempted to recreate the appearance of our products on our website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show variations in product colors and details.
